Services

Our firm focuses our attention on the areas of wills & estates, civil litigation and family law. We also lend our services to other legal professionals and businesses to assist with any matters or clients with French language needs. We serve clients all over the Greater Toronto Area with legal issues relating to our areas of specialization. If you require assistance in any of these matters, please contact our office.

Civil Litigation

Our team works with all aspects of litigation and are able to assist with a variety of matters. We are available as advocates in negotiations and can provide representation in mediation, arbitration and litigation.

We can work with you to address matters relating to estate litigation, bodily injury, wrongful death, real estate or property disputes, debt collection, breach of contract and more.

Family Law

Family is important, and for this reason, you should always be sure to trust family law matters to the experts. At Kira E. Taylor law, we work to assist towards the advancement of cases and ensuring that your family is protected.

Dealing with legal matters that involve your family can often result in a significant amount of stress. Whether you’re going through a separation or divorce, dealing with child or spousal support issues, equalizing family property or require representation in mediation and arbitration, our team can help.

Wills & Estates

Without a will, you have no control over what happens to your estate once you pass. It is particularly important to create or revise your will if you have a house, dependent, spouse or common-law partner, investments or a business, or your current will is over 10 years old.

Our team can assist you with creating or revising your will, crafting mirror and dual wills, preparing powers of attorney and corporate powers of attorney, establishing trusts, assisting in estate administration, and more.

Professional Services & Multilingualism

Kira practices law in both English and French and lends her services to other legal professionals. She collaborates to assist with French-speaking clients on a variety of matters that require specialized knowledge of the French language in the legal context, as well as French language rights.
